The Ivie began publishing dissemination materials some years ago so as to publicise the results of its research. These documents are designed to communicate the results of its work to a wider public, beyond the purely academic community.

The series of notes, produced in collaboration with other institutions, follow the rigorous academic standards of all the Ivie's research; however, their format is such that issues of social interest are made more accessible to a non-specialised public.

The Ivie currently produces two series of notes: InnDEA notes, in collaboration with Fundación InnDEA, and Essentials, with the BBVA Foundation.

Other series of notes produced by the Ivie (in collaboration with other institutions) are: Human Capital Notes (Bancaja Foundation), Capital and Growth and Population (BBVA Foundation) and Immigration at a Glance (CeiMigra Foundation and Bancaja Foundation).
