Largest European countries' foreign population
Abstract
In the five most populated countries of the EU-25, foreign population is significantly younger than native population. This is one of the data included in this note, which offers us an insight into the lives of the foreigners in those countries. Their participation in the labour market and education, their age and region of origin are some of the issues analyzed.Which has been the evolution of remittances sent from Spain? How have the migration flows to Europe changed since the 60's? These are other questions raised in this number. The data have been extracted from the Radiografía de las Migraciones database (Fundación Bancaja and Ivie).
