Historical perspective of the crisis

7/07/10.- The current crisis bears many similarities with what happened in 1929. Professor at the University of Valencia Jordi Palafox examines the similarities and differences between the two moments in time. He also highlights the lessons learned from past mistakes which can help improve the present situation.

Palafox participated in the BBVA Foundation-Ivie Workshop Past and present: from the Great Depression of the 20th century to the Great Recession of the 21st century, held in Valencia on 13 and 14 May.
